Abstract
The article deals with modern abilities of radiologic assessment (computed tomography - CT, high resolution computed tomography - HRCT) in conjunction with comprehensive study of respiratory function in patients with bronchiolitis. We studied data of 28 patients with symptoms of bronchiolitis. The causes of this disease have been transferred in early childhood acute broncho-pulmonary disease - acute bronchiolitis (20 persons), manifestations of GVHD (graft versus host disease) in patients with malignant diseases of the blood system after transplantation of bone marrow cells (7 patients), systemic vasculitis with lesions of the lung (1 patient).
