Federal clinical guidance for vaccinal tuberculosis prevention in children

Abstract

First time presented guidance on vaccine-TB in children. The document presents all vaccines that apply in the Russian Federation, indications and contraindications to their use. Children’s with complicated course of BCG vaccination characteristics, principles of care and treat- ment are provided. Guidance was considered and ap- proved by the Commission under the chief children’s tuberculosis specialist of the Ministry of Health of Rus- sian Federation, approved by the Russian Society of TB specialists.
