Problems of morphological diagnostics of tuberculosis

Abstract

The tasks of morphological diagnostics in tuberculosis are subdivided for refinement of approaches of myco- bacteria revealing in the tissues; study of tuberculosis pathogenesis from the standpoint of modern views on infectious pathology on clinical and experimental mate- rial. Оptimization of postmortem diagnostics of tubercu- losis; optimization methods of diagnostics, life-time and differential diagnostics. As important tasks for future in- vestigations are regarded the questions of estimating the real role of non tuberculosis mycobacteria, probability of superinfection by other strains and development of uni- form (clinical, pathogenetic and morphological) classifi- cation of tuberculosis.
