Scientific substantiation of the indicative managing for large TB dispensary

Abstract

The goal of the study was the scientific substantiation of the indicative management for large anti-TB institution, which consists of the indicator method of planning and monitoring the work of the dispensary structure in combination with applications of workstations and modern communication tools.

The research was based on materials of the state statistical reporting forms No. 8 and No. 33, the absolute data and the coefficients of which were analyzed in the periods before the introduction of innovations, during and after their implementation. Absolute and relative values, subjected to statistical processing, showed that already in the process of introducing new management technologies there was a positive trend of the coefficient values in comparison with the initial ones and that trend continued after the completion of innovation.

Thus, an innovative version of managing an institution, based on the use of indicators of process and resource utilization and monitoring the achievement of the goal, has gained a scientific justification.
