Abstract
The article presents the results of assessing the dependence of hematopoietic depression in patients with HIV infection on their immune status, as well as the prevalence of anemia, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia and their combination in this group of patients. The aim of the study was to assess the structure of cytopenia and their relationship with the peculiarities of immune status in patients with HIV infection. A retrospective analysis of cases of combination of HIV infection and hematopoietic depression was carried out in patients admitted for treatment in BUZOO "IKB No. 1 named after Dalmatov D.M.", Omsk. Based on the data obtained in patients with all types of hematopoietic depression, a positive correlation between the number of blood cells (erythrocytes, leukocytes, platelets) and the level of CD4+ cells was revealed.
