Abstract
The article reports on the head of medical facility the Petrogradsky and Primorsky districts TB dispensary N 3 Chuzhov Alexander, who took third place and the title «The best tuberculosis specialist» in «All-Russian medical competition», his live path, professional growth, as well as the vole of traditions and team-work on the road to success. The research, which was presented for the competition, is dedicated to the creation and development of innovative for St. Petersburg stationary-equivalent technology — «a home-care station» for adults and children.
