Abstract

Pancoast tumor is a rare clinical form of lung cancer. Treatment of potentially resectable tumors includes a combination of chemoradiation therapy and surgical resection. The severity of operative injury is determined by the extent of chest wall resection and choice of incision type. We reported a case of VATS surgical resection of Pancoast tumor after chemoradiation therapy.
