Abstract
Along with the basic provisions, that are set out in the current federal legal documents, guidelines contain additional suggestions, based on the practical experience of epidemiologists, TB specialists of various medical organizations in St. Petersburg. Guideline is intended for specialists of all profiles and professions, who are responsible for the programs of the prevention intra-hospital infections of in TB facilities arrangements: the main doctors and their assistants, epidemiologists, disinfectologists, heads of departments, chief and senior nurses, and for engineering technical staff of health care organizations.
