Abstract
The aim of the work was to analyze the appealability of citizens on healthy lifestyle in 2017. 99055 citizens' calls to the “hotline” 8 800 200-0-200 were analyzed. When the subscriber called, the counselor answered questions on healthy lifestyles in accordance with the rubricator, interviewed on statistical issues (gender, age, education, region of residence). 600 people (18-74 years old; 110 women and 490 men) were additionally interviewed for their attitudes to the images on cigarette packs. The largest number of complaints on healthy lifestyles was received in December 2017 due to the telephone number of the “hot line” placed on cigarette packs, and since December 2017, the number of citizens who applied has increased 2-5 times in 2018. Most citizens were interested in smoking quit (TS) - 53% of complaints. 19% of appeals were related to questions about the health effects of tobacco smoke, 15% - what kind of help you can get for smoking cessation. Subscribers who called on the risks of alcohol and drug consumption were interested mainly in the addresses of medical institutions in the regions (42 and 29%). In 18% of cases, relatives were interested in how to help a person suffering from alcoholism, in 15% of subscribers asked about effective methods of treating alcoholism. 22% were interested in the possibility of rehabilitative measures in the treatment of drug addiction, where drug abuse treatment begins - 13%; prevention of drug use - 15%. The most popular issues of healthy eating were: the basic principles of healthy eating (53%), effective diets (16%), calorie foods ( five%). Subscribers also asked which health center location (28%), about documents for the health center appeal (15%), which examinations could be taken at the center (7%). On the subject of «Prevention of HIV infection» for 2017, there were 212 complaints. The most popular questions were: «where to get tested for HIV» (27%), «ways of infection and methods of HIV prevention» (24%) and «institutions for the treatment of HIV» (18%). On questions of physical activity, there were only 20 complaints. Questioning in relation to graphic images on packs of cigarettes showed that 35% of smokers believed that a doctor's advice was effective with health hazard, and 50% - focused on the benefits of smoking cessation. No differences were found between the responses of men and women. The appearance of graphic images (pictures) on cigarette packs was negatively perceived by 41% of smokers who called the hot line, however, 85% callers attented to these images, 40% discussed with friends and acquaintances about these images. 49% of smokers thought that these images contributed to the smoking quit, and 57% of respondents thought about smoking quit when they were seen. Analysis of the appealability of citizens to the “hot line” “Healthy Russia” showed its relevance. Most citizens were interested in quitting smoking. Most respondents paid attention to the graphic images on cigarette packs and thought about smoking cessation, when they were seen.
