Abstract
Clinical, laboratory, radiological data in non-bacterial and tuberculous osteomyelitis were analyzed. The authors defined absolute and additional criteria, developed diagnostic rule that allows to differentiate non-bacterial osteo myelitis from tuberculous osteomyelitis.
