Abstract
With the purpose to elucidate the changes of the central hemodynamics and diastolic function of the left ventricle in the patients with varicose disease we observed 31 patients and 22 healthy persons. The data received point out the strong association of the intracardiac blood volumes, diastolic blood flow and preload changes in patients with the varicose disease. At the same time healthy persons did not have such a grate correlation between these hemodynamic parameters. Basing on the results obtained we conclude that the patients with varicose disease at the orthostatic position have significant diminishing of the preload that results in dramatic deterioration of the central hemodynamics and diastolic function. Wearing of the elastic bandage could alleviate hemodynamic changes and clinical symptoms in such patients.
