The remote results of conservative treatment of lung tuberculum

Abstract

The article presents the results of conservative treatment of patients with lung tuberculum diagnose. Effective chemotherapy is established in 70.5% of patients. Recurrences after conservative treatment tuberculum occurred in 16.7% of patients. The main сause of relapse was the interruption of chemotherapy due to the lack of adherence to treatment in 9% of patients, comorbidity and the presence of drug resistance of M. tuberculosis.
