Hookah: health risks

Abstract

The report describes the hookah, the prevalence and the possible reasons for its popularity among young people. The data of studies of the composition of mixtures and the effect of tobacco smoke on health, leading to lung cancer, heart disease, and other diseases are presented. An increased risk of developing oral cancer (4.03), esophageal cancer (2.65) and lung cancer (2.12) in individuals who smoke hookah is shawn.
