Indicative management of the antitubercular service of the large industrial region

Abstract

Management of health system, including antitubercular service on the basis of timely, full and reliable information about treatment-and-prophylactic activity provides increase of its productivity. Authors offered the indicators characterizing overall performance of medical institution which should be divided into two groups: target and indicators of use of means. Such approach allows to establish influence of indicators of use of means on target indicators and on this basis to develop the formalized control system of service.
