Regression of tuberculosis inflammation in the lungs in experimental drug-resistant tuberculosis in conditions of application of pathogenic drugs of different mechanism of action

Abstract

True immune correcting drugs and metabolically active drugs influence on inflammatory regression changes in lung tissue in experimental drug resistant tuberculosis was studied. Reparatory processes in mouse lung tissue were shown to be dependent on the functional state of phagocyte system. It was concluded that the intensity of the processes of lung tissue recovery was determined by different mechanisms of immune system activation by those drugs.
