Abstract
The article presents analysis of published data and the authors personal experiences different types of thoracic operations' efficiency in pulmonary TB treatment. The today role and place of thoracic surgery in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis is discussed. Based on own experience, history and new technologies, the authors suggest the modern concept of invasive diagnosis and surgical treatment of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.
