Abstract
Medical and social support to homeless people suffering TB is one of the greatest challenges to public healthcare. In this publication experiences in medical, social and leagal rehabilitation of TB suffering homeless people in TB in-patient hospital specialized to this patients' group services. There is urgent need in special wards for psychological services and social rehabilitations in TB medical facilities.
