Abstract
Differentiation between tuberculosis and other pathology of the respiratory system in children and adolescents infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis in particular requires good knowledge of different clinical forms of diseases, mimicking TB in their clinical and roentgenologic manifestations. Diagnostic algorithms and clinical descriptions of lung diseases in adolescents similar to tuberculosis. Importance of the collective estimate of a case medical history, its clinical manifestation and cause, results of para-clinical examinations and skin tests is demonstrated.
