Abstract
The study of the structure and prevalence of laryngeal diseases of various genesis in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, as well as their differential diagnosis. The subjects of the study were 966 (100%) patients of the Republican TB Dispensary. Various pathology of the larynx was detected in 231 (23.4%) patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, 117 of which (12.1%) had a specific disease, chronic nonspecific laryngitis in 111 (11.5%), and3 (0.3%) patients with a malignant neoplasm of the larynx. The place of video laryngoscopy in the differential diagnosis of tuberculosis of the larynx was determined, with the help of this method, the characteristic visual signs of its tuberculous lesion were revealed. The results obtained were confirmed by bacteriological and histological methods.
