Abstract
To estimate informative content for open transpedicular biopsy and tunnelization for diagnostics and treatment of lumbar vertbrae spondylodiscitis. The open transpedicular biopsy of vertebrae with the subsequent cytologic and histological researches of the bioptat are carried out there were 25 patients (9 women and 16 men) aged from 18 up to 63 years with lesions of lumbar vertebrae and disks, adjacent to them, - spondilodiscitis. At all patients for confirmation of the diagnosis and with the medical purpose we carried out low-invasive quick interventions - a tunnelization of a body of a vertebra and a disk through an pedicle with a biopsy and the subsequent sanation of the center (Patent Uzbekistan № IAP 05393). Good results received at 21 (84%) patients - full pain disappear at rest and turn on a bed, decrease of feeling of fatigue at vertical position, improvement of clinical laboratory indicators. Satisfactory results were in 3 (12%) and unsatisfactory in 1 patient (4%). Tunnelization and sanations of the center antibiotics at a limited or initial spondiloditsit is a low-traumatic and effective method of single-step pressure decrease in a zone of pathology and ensuring topical etiopatogenetichesky treatment. The material intake for a bacteriological and histological research allows to reduce time of verification of process and to quickly provide positive clinical effect.
