Abstract
Professor Detlev Ganten is a president of World Health Summit and one of the leading scientists in the field of cardio-vascular diseases. In article professor is paying at- tention on necessity of cooperation between scientists, politicians, businessmen and civil society, in order to defeat infectious diseases that are the reason of many people deaths worldwide. One of the significant orga- nizations that incarnate ideas of cooperation on interna- tional level is World Health Summit, founded in 2009 on the occasion of the 300th anniversary of Charite.
