Abstract
The system of pre-hospital information of the patient (SpHIP) is substantiated, de-veloped and proposed for practical implementation. Direct form - prior to admission - preliminary informing of the patient on the planned questions which will be asked by the doctor on the forthcoming reception. This reduces the duration of the patient's direct examination; increases the time to consult; and improves the quality of responses and adherence to treatment. Remote form SpHIP (SMS, etc.) offers the patient to take into account the preferences in clothing, recalls the need to perform other preliminary activities. According to the authors, this approach will improve the work of outpatient care, minimize psychological discomfort.
