Difficult diagnosis cases of mycobacteriosis of lung with invasive methods

Abstract

A case report is presented of diagnosis of disseminated mycobacteriosis of lungs with double-sided extension of process and surgical excavation in the absence of bacteria excretion in an ill elderly person (female), including an organic disease of brain and a generalized scleroderma. The authors applied a percutaneous needle core biopsy of a lung under control of computed tomography scanning.
