Abstract

Тhe low efficacy of drug-sensitive M. tuberculosis pulmonary tuberculosis treatment is often associated with intolerance to isoniazid, the most efficient drug isonicotinic acid hydrazide group (GINK), having bactericidal activity. The prescribing of Fenazid® drug (izonikotinoilgidrazin-O,N') of iron(II)sulfate dihydrate) in patients with concomitant diseases having a better tolerability and a sufficient efficiency is perspective. It is a clinical example of successful treatment of disseminated pulmonary tuberculosis with using Fenazid® in the intensive phase.
